Compensation

$50 to $60 per billable hour

Typical annual earnings: $62,500 to $93,000+

Our full time clinicians maintain a minimum caseload of 24 client sessions per week, creating a sustainable full time career while allowing room for work life balance.

As a W2 employee, you'll enjoy the stability of employment without the expense of running your own private practice.

Performance Bonus

Clinicians who choose to see additional clients receive an extra $5 per billable hour for every client seen beyond 48 sessions during a two week pay period.

Your Schedule

To help you build a full caseload as quickly as possible, we'll work together to create an initial schedule that includes some of our highest demand appointment times.

As your caseload becomes established, we prioritize transitioning you toward the long term schedule that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and the needs of the practice. Many of our clinicians enjoy three day weekends while maintaining full caseloads.
