The role provides psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings, conducts assessments, supports care planning, and collaborates with psychiatric providers. On-site, Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000

Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential
