Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The Licensed Professional Counselor will deliver psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings and collaborate with psychiatric providers to support care planning.

This on-site role operates Monday–Friday during daytime hours with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC in State applying for.
• Eligible for Level II background screening
• Strong communication and independent work ethic
• Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000

• Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings
