Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings. This on-site role in Florida emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with psychiatric providers.

You will conduct assessments, support care planning, maintain compliant documentation, and work Monday through Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of practice.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000
• Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

What You’ll Do

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• No nights, weekends, or formal on-call
• On-site (non-remote)
