Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC in Vermont seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings. You will perform assessments and support care planning, and coordinate with psychiatric providers.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours, on-site only. We offer a $70,000–$80,000 salary, up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential, 401(k) with match, malpractice coverage, and 10–20 PTO days plus 6 holidays.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a LMHC in the state applying for.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.

Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000
