LifeStance Health in Irving, TX is hiring a licensed therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) to join our 100% outpatient group practice. We value patient care and clinical excellence, offering a hybrid schedule with two in-office days and remote days, serving both adults and children.

We provide generous, above-market compensation ($75,000–$100,000+), full benefits, 401k with match, sign-on bonus and annual incentive plan, plus strong administrative support.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Hybrid 2 days in office. The rest of the days will be remote from home.
• Needs to be able to see children and up.
