Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists to join our outpatient clinical team. Therapists will provide psychotherapy services in a setting that supports in-person and telehealth visits across ages.

Qualified clinicians are fully licensed in at least one US state, hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree, and are experienced working with adults, children, and adolescents with diverse mental health needs. We offer hybrid work, strong administrative support, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
• Masters or Doctoral degree and State Licensure (Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW, Licensed Professional Counselor- LPC, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor- LPCC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - LCMHC, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT)
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, evaluating treatment plans, documentation, and providing referrals for additional treatment needs.

Education

Job Description
