Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists to join our clinical team delivering behavioral health care in outpatient settings, either in-person or via telehealth. We offer flexible schedules, hybrid work options, generous compensation with uncapped earnings, and a full benefits package.

Applicants must be fully licensed in one or more US states, hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree with state licensure, and have experience treating adults, children, and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
• Masters or Doctoral degree and State Licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LCMHC, or LMFT).
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, developing treatment plans and providing therapy.
• Evaluating treatment plans, documenting and providing referrals.
• See clients in outpatient settings, in-person or via telehealth.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
• Masters or Doctoral degree and State Licensure (Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW, Licensed Professional Counselor- LPC, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor- LPCC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - LCMHC, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT)
• Experienced treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.

Job Description

As a Therapist at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients of all ages. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.
