Clinicians integrate evidence-based modalities with a human-centered, relational approach to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. The overall mission is to support people in moving toward lives that feel more connected, purposeful, and sustainable.

Role Description

Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting sessions in a timely manner, maintaining ethical and legal standards, coordinating care with other providers when needed, and participating in case consultation or supervision. The counselor will use evidence-based and relational approaches to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, while fostering a safe, collaborative therapeutic environment. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability for telehealth sessions and reliable use of secure practice management and communication tools.

  • Demonstrated skill in individual psychotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or family challenges.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting.

  • Comfort using secure telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital communication tools.
