A leading preneed insurance provider in Connecticut is seeking a Licensed Preneed Funeral Director to support families in making informed decisions about prearrangements. This position allows you to expand your impact by focusing on proactive conversations, growing community relationships, and enhancing the reputation of partner funeral homes. The role offers approximate earnings of $60,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commission, with benefits including incentive trips for performance recognition.

Qualifications

• Funeral Director License REQUIRED.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set, qualified appointments.
• Excellent communication skills with lead generation and networking abilities.
• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
