Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the U.S.
• One year of practical or vocational nursing experience; referral management or ambulatory care preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to sustain electronic health record workflows.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation and system access.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Willingness to comply with DHA vaccination requirements.

Overview

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Referral Management Center team at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF). The ideal candidate will support referral management, clinical-administrative review, documentation, and patient education.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on outstanding referral reports and documentation.
• Ensure completed referrals from network and VA providers are returned to the referring provider within requiredtimeframes.
• Review referralsrequiringnursing judgment andmaintainaccuratereferral statuses and documentation.
• Support specialty referral and recapture initiatives.
• Educate patients and MTF staff on referral requirements, documentation standards, and timelines.
• Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecords in required healthcare systems.

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizen
• Graduateofan accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license issued by any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.
• One (1) year of practical or vocational nursing experience. Referral management,utilizationmanagement, case management, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Demonstrated computerproficiencyand keyboarding sufficient to sustain electronic health record workflow.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Ability to obtain andmaintaina favorable background investigation, a Common Access Card, and MTF-specific badge and system access.
• Current Basic Life Support certification(AHA or Red Cross).
