Job summary

QuarterLine, a PSI company, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical and quality oversight for the Referral Management Center supporting Military Treatment Facilities. The RN will supervise staff, monitor data quality, and deliver monthly performance reports.

You will train MTF clinical staff, address complaints, and ensure adherence to timeliness requirements. A BSN is preferred and active RN licensure in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in any U.S. state, DC or territory is required.
• BSN preferred; active RN license in good standing.
• US citizen; ability to obtain security and DHA requirements.
• Current BLS certification; TB test and background check process will be completed.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience, including 1+ year in referral/ utilization management or quality oversight.

Overview

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical and quality oversight for our Referral Management Center team supporting Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). The RN will oversee referral management operations, quality standards, reporting, and assigned staff.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and quality oversight for assigned MTF locations and serve as the primary contractor point of contact.


• Monitor performance and data quality and implement improvement plans as needed.


• Prepare and submit monthly performance and quality reports.


• Address patient and MTF complaints and performance concerns within established timeframes.


• Provide training to MTF clinical staff on referral processes, quality, and timeliness requirements.


• Supervise assigned Referral Clerks and LPN/LVN personnel, including coaching, quality review, scheduling, and performance management.

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizen.


• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.


• Current, active, unrestricted RN license issued by any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.


• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.


• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation, a Common Access Card, and MTF-specific badge and system access.


• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).


• Three years (3) of registered nursing experience, including at least one year in referral management, utilization management, case management, quality management, or ambulatory care. Prior supervisory, team lead, or quality oversight experience preferred.
