Aspen Alcove Bardstown is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver patient-centered care for residents in a compassionate, team-based environment. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with doctors and CNAs to support safe, dignified aging in place.

Join us in Bardstown for a full-time schedule (Thursday–Saturday) with On-Demand Pay, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach and sit for long periods.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
