Job summary

Cardinal Landing Memory Care in Bowling Green, KY seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time night shift to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, assist with admissions and transfers, and collaborate with doctors and CNAs while ensuring comfort and dignity for residents in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Strong clinical and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach and sit for long periods.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
