Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate private duty nursing in patients’ homes across New River, AZ. The role offers day, evening, and weekend shifts with flexibility to match your schedule.

As an LPN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care, complete required documentation on a company tablet, and work closely with clinicians to execute each patient’s care plan. Competitive pay and strong support are included.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private duty nursing care in patients' homes.
• Document care using electronic records on a tablet provided by Aveanna.
• Collaborate with clinicians to meet individual care plans.
