Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality private duty nursing to diverse patients. You’ll join a nationally recognized leader that values compassion, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with day, night, and weekend shifts and a pay rate of $25-30 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and weekly or daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license (required).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
