Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our private duty homecare team. We offer flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN— with days, nights, and weekend shifts, and 24/7 local support from clinicians.

As an LPN, you will provide compassionate home health care, document care on a tablet in patients' homes, complete CPR and TB tests, and pursue career pathing with paid training. Competitive pay and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health nursing care.
• Document patient care using a tablet in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to achieve outcomes.
• Follow care plans and report changes.
