Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for private duty home healthcare in the Anthem, AZ area. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with shifts days, nights and weekends, and a pay rate of $25-30 per hour dependent on case, acuity, and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
