Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN (Adult Patient, Scottsdale)

We are seeking an LPN to provide bedside care for an adult patient who requires lifting assistance, transfers, medication administration, showering, and safety monitoring.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30–$36 per hour (case‑specific). Weekly or daily pay available.

Schedule

• SUN–SAT 8 AM to 8 PM
• SUN–SAT 8 PM to 8 AM

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, assist with transfers, administer medications, maintain safety, and document care using a tablet. Work with a local support team available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); company can assist after hire.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation.
