About the Position

As an LPN/LVN, you will provide compassionate home‑care to patients, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – assistance available after hire if necessary
• Valid TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
