• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents according to their care plan
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN:

• Current LPN License
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification
• Good knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
