Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• IV certification required.
• Knowledge of state regulations essential.

FT - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift!!! 8 Hour Shifts!!!

Must hold current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Job Description for LPN

• Pay: Starting at $31 / hour + $2 Weekend Shift Differential + EXTRA $3.40 / Hour Hero Pay!

• 8 Hour Shifts

• 60 Bed Facility

• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

• Current RN/LPN License

• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
