Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and provide physical and emotional support to residents and families.

We offer a range of care settings and emphasize person-centered care. Pay starts at $28.00/hour with $3.00 differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts; full-time 3rd & PRN positions available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit professional image to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Pay: starting at $28.00 an hour (based on experience), $3.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care to residents.

• Perform related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
