Job Description For LPN

• Full Time - 1st Shift
• Part Time - 3rd Shift
• $5 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
• 60 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
