Job description

Atrium Centers is currently looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in the WEST SALEM, WI area!!

PRN and Every Other Weekend Shifts Available. Choose Your Weekend! Choose Your Shifts! Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Must hold current license to practice as a LPN.

Job Description for LPN
  • LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.

  • Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.

Qualifications for LPN
  • A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents.

  • Current LPN License.

  • Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification.

  • Good working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations.

  • Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance.
