Description

City location: Hollsopple, Friedens, or Somerset

Shift: Full-time, Dayshift, Evenings, or Overnights

Payrate: Up to $31/hr.; case specific

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to prescribed plans, monitoring progress.
• Assess and document patient conditions, report changes.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids, and document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, assist with hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, infections, bedsores, and administer appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.
