Responsibilities

• Mentor unlicensed staff as part of the care team.
• Promote a culture of safety and security to ensure a healthy living environment.

Qualified candidates will:

• Perform medication counts
• Communiate effectively to unlicensed staff and provide mentorship as part of a collective team of healthcare providers

• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive Protected Health Information

Licensed Practical Nursewill be currently licensed in the State of Connecticut and have up-to-date and current BLS/CPR certifications.
