Job summary

Southview Acres Health Care Center in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team and provide patient-centered care to residents.

You will perform direct patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, manage wound care, and assist with care plan updates in line with facility policies. We offer a $4,500 sign-on bonus (FT), $2,250 (PT), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with Minnesota state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound care and treatment
• Providing general nursing care to residents in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedures
• Addressing problems identified in the resident’s care plan for RN Nurse review
