Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate their condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating lifesaving measures when necessary.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of medications and medical supplies.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and charting.
• Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, and hazardous chemicals.
