Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an LPN to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on the unit. You will observe residents daily and respond to changes in their condition under the guidance of the charge nurse and physician.

You will perform administrative duties, monitor medications and supplies, and report any occupational exposures according to facility policies. A current LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents daily to assess health status and notify relevant staff of changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in physicians' absence.
• Provide holistic nursing care within LPN scope.
• Monitor medication inventory and ensure supplies are available.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting as needed.
• Report exposure incidents per facility policies.
