South Mountain Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Union County is hiring LPNs for morning, evening, and night shifts to provide nursing care in a long-term care setting.

The LPN will assist the charge nurse with total patient care on the nursing unit and participate in care planning.

A sign-on bonus is offered; weekend shifts are available; FT rate ranges $32.00–$38.00 per hour, and Per Diem offers $32.00–$35.00 plus $5 weekend differential.

Qualifications

• LPNs must be licensed practical nurses.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Weekend shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist the charge nurse with total patient care on the nursing unit.
• Provide direct patient care and support as part of the care team.
