Cloverleaf Healthcare Center in Knightsville, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility on the night shift. The LPN administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors in a nursing home environment.

Shifts available: 6a-6p and 6p-6a with sign-on bonus; full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and education assistance, plus daily pay options. Indiana license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with active Indiana license.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home under supervision of RN or medical supervisors.
