Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Program - Night Shift

Job Details

We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts are from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

New nurse graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome! We offer comprehensive training, orientation, and support in a positive work environment led by an engaged management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medication according to physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Document all information accurately
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate findings to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
• Take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Perform basic care including wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid and food intake/output
• Report accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist with admissions as directed
