Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Program - Night Shift

Job Details

Description: We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts are from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident treatments
• Administer medications per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Document and record all information accurately
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and communicate with RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and perform basic care tasks
• Manage IVs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Report accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist in admissions process as directed
