Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Program - Night Shift

Job Details

We are immediately hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Shift: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conducting resident treatments
• Administering medications as per physician orders and care plans
• Submitting pharmacy orders
• Documenting all resident information accurately
• Administering injections and medications
• Monitoring resident health and vital signs
• Performing wound care and managing IVs
• Monitoring fluid and food intake/output
• Reporting incidents and health concerns
• Supporting the admissions process
