Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed, Medicaid-approved home health agency serving nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For over a decade, we have provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and therapy services. Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking multiple full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to serve our Washington service areas. Graduate nurses are encouraged to apply!
