Job Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health position in Hagerstown, Maryland. This role involves providing care to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Washington County.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MD
• At least one year of recent clinical experience
• Home health experience preferred for per diem roles
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, with EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

Schedule & Responsibilities

Part-time or Per Diem schedules available. Must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Per diem roles involve 2-3 days/week within these hours.

Responsibilities include following care plans, making home visits, administering medications, wound care, monitoring client conditions, documenting care, and case management.
