Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team. Full and part-time schedules available with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in long-term care or rehab, embraces person-centered care, and demonstrates a true passion for excellence in nursing care. You will work with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in long-term care or rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergencies promptly and maintain accurate reports and records.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents.

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team!

Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available

Shifts:

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am.

The most successful candidate for this position:

• Has at least 6 months experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
• Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
• Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
• Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
• Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members

The responsibilities & duties:

• In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional mannerMaintains accurate, detailed reports and records
• Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
