Job summary

Themeadows is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to oversee nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a long‑term care setting. The role emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local standards and ensuring resident safety and quality of care.

You will direct nursing staff, maintain accurate documentation, manage shift planning, and participate in the facility's quality assurance activities to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LPN/LVN and in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating daily nursing activities.

• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
