Job summary

Merakey's Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia (19122) is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as the Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment, and provide supervision to assigned staff including FT and PRN dispensing

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• Minimum of three years working as a nurse.
• Minimum of one year working in a supervisor capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in behavioral health; knowledge of MAT strongly desired.

Job description

Our Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia (19122) is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as the Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

At Merakey, we provide comprehensive recovery services for individuals facing substance use challenges. Our programs range from one-on-one counseling and support groups to intensive treatment for those with more complex needs. We also support individuals managing co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, anger, impulse control challenges, and attention disorders.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will:

• Manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment.
• Provide supervision to assigned staff including but not limited to: FT and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants.

Earn $36 per hour full time with benefits.

Shift: M - F 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
