Job summary

Merakey seeks an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as Nurse Supervisor at our Philadelphia site. You will supervise nursing and medical departments in a behavioral health clinic offering MAT and Integrated Care, under the Director of Nursing.

The role requires at least three years as a nurse and one year in supervision, with CPR and phlebotomy proficiency. This full-time position pays $36 per hour with benefits, and includes weekend on-call duties and a strong commitment to

Our Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia (19122) is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as the Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will:

• Manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment.
• Provide supervision to assigned staff including but not limited to: FT and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants.

Earn $36 per hour, full time (40 hrs) with benefits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA
• Minimum of three (3) years working as a nurse
• Minimum of one (1) year working in a supervisor capacity required
• Experience in behavioral health setting required; knowledge of medication assisted treatment strongly desired
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy, certification preferred
