Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an appropriate practical nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered Practical Nursing license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care facility or supervisory capacity in a hospital with focus on rehabilitation.
• Two (2)-Four(4) years' experience in long-term care facility with skilled beds preferred.
• Must be able to perform the duties of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and CNA's in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Positions available: Full-time (3-11 shift and 11-7 shift); Part-time (7-3 shift, 3-11 shift and 11-7 shift); Pool (PRN)

Required Attributes: Must have graduated from an appropriate practical nursing program. Have an active, unencumbered Practical Nursing license in the State of Pennsylvania.
