Job summary

Amedisys Home Health in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a licensed practical nurse for full-time day shifts. You will verify plans of care with RNs, collaborate with physicians, teach patients self-care, check vital signs, and perform medication reconciliations.

• Review medications and perform medication reconciliation at each visit.
• Perform procedures ordered by physician (e.g., foley catheter changes).
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
