Ahhmgt is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following physician orders and the nursing process. The role supports collaborative care within the therapeutic environment and interdisciplinary teams.

The Director or Nurse Manager may designate the LPN as a Preceptor for the unit, fostering mentorship and clinical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Jobbeschreibung

The LPN performs nursing care of patients in accordance with the physician's orders and under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process, the therapeutic environment, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. Director or Nurse Manager may assign to serve as LPN Preceptor for the unit.
