This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in both routine and emergency situations while maintaining a focus on patient safety.Starting Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $36.40/hr , depending on experiencePosition Status: PRN, non-exemptShift: As a PRN team member, you’ll have the opportunity to build a schedule that works best for your life based on the availability of open shifts.PRN Differential: +10% of base wageShift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wageApplication Deadline: December 28, 2026. This role includes administering medications, assisting with procedures and emergencies, performing patient rounding, and delivering patient and family education to support positive outcomes. The LPN monitors patient conditions, documents care accurately, and collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
