Job summary

Haxtun Hospital District is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, compassionate patient care on the hospital campus in Haxtun, CO. This full-time, night-shift role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive care team, with duties including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with procedures and emergencies.

The LPN will perform patient rounding, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation accuracy while adhering to policies

Qualifications

• Current Colorado license as Licensed Practical Nurse.
• IV Certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with procedures and emergencies as needed.
• Perform patient rounding and provide patient/family education.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, continuous care.
