Job summary

Haxtun Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Extended Care Unit in Colorado. The role offers premium pay with a starting range of $30.80 to $40.04 per hour, including a 10% PRN differential.

Shifts vary, with night and weekend differentials to enhance earnings. As a PRN, you will provide safe, compassionate patient care, administer medications, assist with procedures, and perform rounding while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado LPN license.
• IV Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The LPN monitors patient conditions, documents care accurately and collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
