Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated LVN to provide home health care across Missouri. This full-time role delivers high-quality patient care in patients’ homes, coordinating with caregivers and healthcare teams to ensure timely, appropriate visits.

The ideal candidate holds an active LVN license, has at least 1 year of acute care experience, and maintains CPR certification. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this position.

What is Required?

• Current LVN license as required by state
