Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to provide adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s own home. This one-on-one role offers flexible 8–12 hour shifts and a competitive starting rate of $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota LPN license.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating based on scope of practice.
• Communicate with physician and other members of multidisciplinary patient care team regarding the health status of patient.
• Provide a variety of cares ranging from tracheostomy and ventilators, to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.
