Job summary

Accurate Home Care has an opening for a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to provide adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s own home.

You will deliver one-on-one care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to monitor health status and adjust plans.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $27.00/hour, flexible 8–12 hour shifts, generous health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs, PTO, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota LPN license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through AHA or Red Cross renewed as recommended.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Communicate with physician and other care team members regarding patient health status.
• Provide care ranging from tracheostomy/ventilators to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.
